Maths in Year 5
We encourage the pupils to consolidate their understanding and speed of all times tables. This will help them to move up the levels in their 'Big Maths' learn its and is key to giving them confidence in many areas of maths taught throughout the year.
Information about CLIC and Learn Its as well as SAFE 'Big Maths tasks are available on Google Classroom. We will encourage the children to take responsibility to practise their target questions at home and move through the CLIC levels quickly.
