We are excited to share that our governors participated in the Cardiff Governors Association Workshop Event held at Howardian Primary School on the 23rd of October 2024, which focused on effective collaboration, relationship with other governors and our questioning skills when engaging with our headteacher and senior leadership team. 

The two workshops, 'Effective Relationships' and 'Effective Questioning', are crucial in ensuring that our school leadership is heard and supported in their mission. Governors feel empowered in more effective communication and collaboration by enhancing our ability to ask thoughtful and impactful questions; our governors are better equipped to support the school mission ‘Exploring Together, Learning Forever’.

Strong collaboration between governors from other schools and leaders is not just a key to creating an effective school community, but it is crucial to continued improvement and success for our school and children!
