We are very proud that we have achieved The Period Standard: Merit Award. We aim to help our pupils feel comfortable to discuss periods and ask for support when needed.

At Howardian we provide:

• Period products that are freely available in toilet cubicles for Year 5 and Year 6 pupils

• Period pants that are available in a variety of sizes

• Spare clothing when needed

This has helped to increase access to period products and tackle the issue of 'period poverty' for families that may find it difficult to afford products. If you would like to enquire about the period pants or period products that can be provided please contact the school.
